DuckTales and Tangled: The Series are Disney’s latest animated TV series to make the leap from the small screen to the printed page with brand-new comics from IDW Publishing.
In August, Tangled: The Series has an original graphic novel called Adventure is Calling in a special adaptation of the series. 72 pages for $9.99. Scott Note: This should be a compilation of all the Tangled comics I wrote last year (the cover looks like it's taken from a jousting story I wrote), but we'll have to wait until August to be sure! The adventures of Mal, Evie, Carlos, and more continue in volumes 3 and 4 of the Disney Descendants Wicked World Cinestory Comic. Fans of the hugely popular Disney Descendants Wicked World Shorts, which has had over 99 million views since its launch, can't miss this graphic novel-style adaptation of the second season written by author and screenwriter Scott Peterson.

TO PREMIERE MONDAY, OCTOBER 3, ON DISNEY XD Dan Povenmire and Jeff 'Swampy' Marsh ('Phineas and Ferb') Created and Executive Produce the Animated Series Legendary satirist and Grammy Award-winning recording artist Al Yankovic (professionally known as "Weird Al") voices the title role in "Milo Murphy's Law," a new animated adventure comedy series debuting MONDAY, OCTOBER 3 (8:00 p.m. EDT), on Disney XD. From creators and executive producers Dan Povenmire and Jeff "Swampy" Marsh of the Emmy Award-winning animated series "Phineas and Ferb," the series follows 13-year-old Milo Murphy, the fictional great-great-great-great grandson of the Murphy's Law namesake. Milo is the personification of Murphy's Law, where anything that can go wrong, will go wrong. Emmy Award-nominated Scott Peterson is story editor, and Joshua Pruett, Dani Vetere, Martin Olson and Jim Bernstein, the Emmy Award-nominated writing team from "Phineas and Ferb," serve as staff writers. "Milo Murphy's Law" is a production of Disney Television Animation and carries a TV-Y7 parental guideline. Disney Channel Executives reached out to Scott Peterson to pen multiple scripts for a series of live action shorts featuring the stars of their mega-franchise "The Descendants." Airing on the channel and online, these fast-paced segments feature the young stars walking the "blue carpet" in preparation for the highly anticipated Neon Lights Ball.
